Respect for privacy and transparency is an important value for
ALDES. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, ALDES has written its privacy policy in order to communicate clearly about the personal data collected.
ALDES, whose registered office is located at 20 boulevard Joliot Curie in Vénissieux, Rhône, France, is responsible for processing in accordance with the definition of the regulations.
Your personal data
Is information that directly or indirectly identifies a natural person, such as name, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address, fingerprint, etc.
Data collection and processing purposes
ALDES collects personal data about any person navigating,
consulting, or ordering via the IT tools provided
by the company. This data collection is carried out when the person visits an ALDES (EU) site:
- Browses and/or registers on websites or an application,
- Uses the functions offered: account creation, account modification,
- Signing up for alerts...
- Product order or return request
- Contact an ALDES Customer Service
- Writes a comment on a product, service, etc.
- Completes a form or questionnaire for ALDES

Data
collection is carried out through information of character:
- Optional: The information is collected by ALDES in order to make it possible to better know who accesses the sites, on a form, noted without an asterisk.
- Mandatory: The information requires the data subject to answer it. Failure to respond will result in the discontinuation of the treatment. ALDES will not respond to the requests of the data subject, on a form, marked with an asterisk.
The postal or e-mail addresses, fixed or mobile telephone numbers of the
data subject are data necessary for the management
of the business relationship between them and ALDES.
The right of access, rectification and deletion
The data subject has a right of access, rectification and erasure of the data concerning him or her. It may expressly object to the processing of its personal data.
To do so, they simply send a letter to the GDPR committee of ALDES at the address
below, or send it to RGPD@ALDES.com. After verification of the requestor, ALDES has a period of 2 months from receipt of the request of the data subject to respond to it.
Recipients of the data
By voluntarily providing personal data, the data subject consents to ALDES’ use thereof in accordance with the terms of the privacy policy. If the data subject provides personal data
, he/she acknowledges and agrees that such data may be transferred by ALDES to other authorised third parties.
ALDES, like many other companies, sometimes uses other companies to carry out certain internal operational functions, such as sending mail, maintaining databases
, etc. In this case, ALDES only provides the information that the company called upon, needs in relation to its mission and this information will only be used for the needs of ALDES.
Transfer of personal data outside the European Union
As part of the management of the ALDES Group’s business relationship, personal data may be exchanged between all the Group’s subsidiaries worldwide.
Duration of data storage
The personal data is erased or anonymised after a period defined by the purpose of the processing which takes effect from the end of the relationship between ALDES and the data subject.
Personal data used to prove a right or a contract, or a legal obligation, are archived in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
ALDES reserves the right to retain data for a longer period of time subject to the information and consent of the data subject.
Annotation Note
No comment shall constitute a message of a defamatory, insulting, criminal, vulgar, slanderous, racist nature with respect to third parties, natural or legal persons, inciting discrimination, damaging the honour/reputation of others, violent or
pornographic, and more generally, not in accordance with the applicable legislation. As such, ALDES reserves the right to delete any comments that do not comply with the above provisions.
Cookies
A cookie is data that is placed or stored on your terminal (computer, tablet or mobile device) when a person accesses a website or application. The cookie enables the recognition of the data subject and enables navigation assistance on
the website or application, provides secure connections. It does not cause any damage to your device ALDES uses cookies to recognise the data subject when logging into an ALDES website or application. At least
the first time you log in, you will receive a
message. The data subject can deactivate the cookies stored on his or her device at any time. This can be done by simply selecting the appropriate settings in their
browser, however, disabling this will result in preventing access to certain personalization features on a website or service offered.
Web beacons
ALDES uses web beacons on certain pages of its sites that allow the number of visitors to the page to be counted.
These web beacons may be used with some of our business partners, including to measure and improve the effectiveness of certain advertising. The information collected via these web beacons is anonymous and allows us to know how certain pages of the Site are visited, in order to better assist Site Users.
Social media platforms
ALDES does not manage the data collected by Social Networks, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn. The data subject must read the policy on the protection of personal data published by the social networks concerned, in order to
know how the data collected by them is processed and used, as well as the setting options available to them to protect their
privacy. If the data subject does not want the Social Network to link the information collected through ALDES to their Social Network user account, they must log out of the Social Network before visiting the ALDES site in question.
Security measures taken to ensure the protection of personal data
ALDES shall implement all technical means in accordance with the rules of the art to maintain the integrity, security and confidentiality of data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or even unauthorised third parties from having access to this data.
Prevention and fight against fraud
The data collected is also used in the context of the prevention and fight against fraud, in particular with regard to bank cards. ALDES reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the data subject when placing the order and to take all measures deemed necessary to verify that the person whose bank account is debited is the person who placed the order; this in order to avoid any fraudulent payment. This verification may take the form of a request for proof of identity and/or
address. In the absence of a negative response from the person concerned, ALDES reserves the right to cancel the order placed by the User.
Recruitment & Applications
Application management and follow-up via recruitment software. The data collected is for the use of ALDES and is retained for a period of 2 years from the last contact with the
applicant. Applicants have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete their personal data. The applicant may object to the disclosure of his/her contact details. He/she will provide his/her surname, first name and postal address. Their request must be
signed and specify the address to which the reply must be sent. A reply will then be sent to it within 2 months of receipt of the request, with the postmark being authentic.
