- In multi-occupancy residential buildings, smoke and heat exhaust is mandatory in horizontal corridors for building categories 3B and 4. The residential smoke and heat exhaust range proposes all components needed to install a smoke and heat exhaust system in a residential building, from basement levels (parking, utility rooms, etc.) to occupied levels.

smoke detector and manual alarms which relay information to the smoke and heat exhaust panel via connection boxes on each storey,
the ORDONE smoke exhaust panel which controls the opening of dampers and the activation of the smoke and heat exhaust fan,
