ISONE 1500 with sleeve: EI 120 S - 1500 Pa

The damper is open in normal position. In case of fire, the damper closes to prevent the propagation of fire and smoke in other compartments. Its closure may be controlled thermally or centrally (scalable mechanism).

• for gang installation, select the damper dimensions and deduct 70 mm for the thickness of the 2 faces in contact,
• example for a gang 1800 x 1200, it is possible to use 4 dampers X and Y:
  • X = (1800 - 70) / 2 = 865 mm,
  • Y= (1200 - 70) / 2 = 565 mm.

• embedded in a 110 mm concrete wall,
• embedded in a 150 mm concrete slab (limited to 600 x 600 mm at 1500 Pa),
• traditional mortar seal, no mounting accessories required,
• opening dimensions (mm) = (X+100) x (Y+100),
• damper blade axis must be horizontal or vertical,
• for sections not in price list, use gang mounting based on

compliant dimensions,

• Gang mounting:
  • glue the damper faces in contact using suitable adhesive (code 11043056),
  • fix the surfaces in contact using VBA screws 5x40 mm, spaced every 150 mm or so,
  • for a connection using rebate flanges, it is possible to notch the sleeves over a few mm.
• Comply with fire protection rating reports for installation.
