After discussing your career to date, your expectations and our opportunities, we can go further into the recruitment process. We take care to foster clear and transparent dialogue, we enable you to meet two HR representatives and two people from business lines so we all have as much information as possible to decide on a longer-term agreement.
Integration and career development:
All new employees complete the Aldes 5-day induction course, which enables you to visit the main departments in the head office, become familiar with our products, get to know the company and its operations better.
Because our size lends itself, you will meet key people to complete your assignment, whatever subsidiary you join.
